摘要
本文通过大量的数据分析与整理,研究了目前我国旅游教育与人才培养的特征与问题。本文从不同角度比如旅游人才的培养模式,规模以及地理分布,使用数据展示了目前我国旅游教育与人才培养的现状,同时也指出了从这些角度看到的存在问题。本文简要也提出了可能解决的方案与办法。
The contradiction between supply and demand of tourism talents in China are needed to be resolved urgently and significantly. This paper explores the present situation of tourism education and talents through the analysis of the demand characteristics of tourism talents and current situation of tourism education. Combined with the training modes of tourism talents in American and Swiss, we put forward feasible suggestions for tourism education system of China.
