摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展,数字化学习已成为信息时代学习的主要方式,人们的生活越来越离不开数字化学习。构建学习型社区的主要目的是提高社区居民学习能力、创造能力和使用信息资源的能力。因此,不断发展完善数字化学习的三大要素是构建学习型社区最便捷高效的方式,开展数字化学习主题活动是创建学习型社区的有力促进手段。笔者对武汉市民数字化学习情况和社区进行了调研,根据调研结果设计了针对社区居民的数字化学习主题活动,并选取了十五个社区作为试点,在试点社区开展数字化学习主题活动并对其效果进行了分析。
With the continuous development of information technology, digital learning has become the main way of learning in the information age, people's lives become increasingly dependent on digital learning. The main purpose of constructing learn- ing communities is to improve the learning ability, the creativity and the use of information resources amongst community resi- dents. Therefore, continuous development and improvement of the three elements of digital learning is the most convenient and efficient way, and to carry out the digital-learning-theme activities is powerful promotional means to create learning communities. The author conducted an investigation on digital learning of Wuhan' s citizens and communities. According to research results, he put forward the design of digital learning theme activities for community residents, and selected fifteen communities as a pilot. Then digital learning theme activities and their effectiveness in the pilot communities were analyzed.
