自发性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛与血管内皮细胞生长因子表达的研究

Research on Cerebral Vasospasm and Expression of Vasculax Endothelial Growth Factor after Spontaneous Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

探讨自发性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛与血管内皮细胞生长因子表达的相关性。选取我院神经外科2012年4月～2013年4月收治的蛛网膜下腔出血患者50例，经头CT、MRI或腰椎穿刺术检查确诊为蛛网膜下腔出血患者。蛛网膜下腔出血后血清中血管内皮细胞生长因子的表达结果显示，血管内皮细胞生长因子水平于蛛网膜下腔出血后，1d即有升高，且明显高于正常组，7d时达到最高峰，14d表达水平有所下降，但仍明显高于其他几个时间段。脑血管痉挛程度与血清中血管内皮细胞生长因子表达水平大致呈正相关。检测血管内皮细胞生长因子的表达水平对判断蛛网膜下腔出血后是否出现脑血管痉挛及其严重程度有一定的预测价值，可作为预测蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛发生的分子标志。

This paper made a discussion on correlation between cerebral vasospasm and expression of vasculax endothelial growth factor after spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage. Taking 50 subarachnoid hemorrhage patients treated in neurosurgery of our hospital from April, 2012 to April, 2013 as research object, who were diagnosed through head CT, MRI or lumbar puncture. The expression of vasculax endothelial growth factor in serum after subarachnoid hemorrhage indicated that the level of vasculax endothelial growth factor increased just on the first day after subarachnoid hemorrhage and obviously higher than normal group, then it reached to the peak on the seventh day and with a slight decline on the fourteenth day, while it was still apparently higher than the other periods. There represented approximately positive correlation between cerebral vasospasm degree and expression level of vasculax endothelial growth factor in serum. The detection of vasculax endothelial growth factor expression level has certain predictive value on estimating the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm and its severity after subarachnoid hemorrhage and it can be the molecular mark that predicts the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage.
