湖南实有人口信息化服务管理的问题与建议

Problems in Actual Population Information Service and Management in Hunan Province and Some Suggestions

目前,湖南实有人口信息化建设有组织机构、有明确的目标与计划、有信息采集机制,基本实现了公安机关内部实有人口数据的准确、鲜活。但湖南人口信息化服务在管理和实际操作中还存在服务功能不明显、重复建设严重、缺乏操作性规范等问题,可从成立专门人口管理机构、加强统筹规划与电子政务对接、加强社区信息化建设、出台操作性规范等方面进行完善。

The informationalization of actual population service and management in Hunan Province is well organized and planned, making possible for the public security body to collect accurate and timely demographic data. However, the information alization is hindered by problems such as inadequate service, repeated construction, and irregular operation. To solve these prob lems, the public security body ought to establish a specialized agency for population management, strengthen the information con struction in community with better connection to egovernment system, improve the overall planning, and enact specifications to regulate the operation.
