On the cultivation mechanism of individuals' ecological personality

生态人格是现代人格发展的必然要求,它将人的道德关怀由人与人扩展到人与物,是一种新的人格样态。生态人格的培育既遵从人格形成和发展的一般规律,又有自身的特殊性。从生态人格的三个向度表达、三个阶段生长、三种个性因素干预,来解析生态人格的培育机制,以丰富和发展生态人格培育理论,提高生态人格的培育效果。

Ecological personality is a necessary requirement for the development of individuals＇ modern personality. As a new kind of personality,it transcends the person- to- person moral concern and incorporates the relationship between people and object. The cultivation of ecological personality follows the general laws of personality＇s formation and development and also has its own unique features. From the three dimensions of expression,stages of growth and intervention factors,this paper analyses the cultivation mechanism of ecological personality in the hope of enriching and developing the theory of ecological personality cultivation,and improving the educational effect of the ecological personality as well.
