加强工会自身建设,事关工会工作全局。目前,教育系统工会组织自身建设存在诸多问题。各级教育工会组织必须充分发挥职能,争取党政支持,积极加强作风建设、队伍建设、制度建设和"职工之家"建设,改进工作方式,增强组织活力。

To strengthen the trade union＇s self- construction is of strategic importance to trade unions. Currently,there are many problems in the self- construction of trade unions in educational institutions. Trade unions in educational institutions at all levels should fulfill their designated roles and strive for the Party＇s and the government＇s support; they should improve the work style,personnel,institutions and the establishment of ＂staff home＂; they should also improve their working mode and enhance the organizational vitality.
