摘要
目的以生物可降解材料聚乳酸羟基乙酸聚合物(PLGA)为载体,连接聚乙二醇(PEG)分子,制备PLGA-b-PEG纳米粒。方法采用EDC/NHS催化法和乳化溶媒蒸发法合成PLGA-b-PEG纳米粒,用1H NMR(CDCl3,400 MHz)表征,通过透射电子显微镜观察纳米粒的形态。结果 1H NMR(CDCl3,400 MHz)显示PLGA-b-PEG聚合物具有良好的的峰形和位移,透射电子显微镜下观察纳米粒大小均一,粒径为200 nm。结论此法成功制备了PLGA-b-PEG纳米粒。
Objective To prepare PLGA-b-PEG nanoparticles using biodegradable polylactic glycolic acid polymer (PLGA) as carrier, which was conjugated to polyethylene glycol (PEG) molecules. Methods PLGA-b-PEG nanoparticles were prepared by EDC/NHS catalysis and emulsion-solvent evaporation method. PLGA-b-PEG polymer was characterized by 1H NMR (CDC13, 400 MHz). The shape of PLGA-b-PEG nanoparticles was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Results PLGA-b-PEG polymers possess good peak shape and displacement, which were characterized by 1H NMR. The nanoparticles were uniform, with particle size of 200 nm. Conclusion PLGA-b-PEG nanoparticles are successfully prepared by EDC/NHS catalysis and emulsion-solvent evaporation method.
