摘要
目的探讨以壳寡糖为主要成份的糖尿病食品对2型糖尿病患者GLP-1(胰高血糖素样肽1)、血糖、血脂等指标的影响。方法将100例2型糖尿病患者随机分为研究组50例和对照组50例,分别给予壳寡糖型糖尿病食品和普通饮食,并于试验前和试验14 d测定两组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、糖化血清蛋白、血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、GLP-1等指标。结果 (1)组间比较:试验前两组患者血糖、血脂及GLP-1水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。试验14 d后,两组患者血糖、TC、LDL-C、GLP-1水平有明显差异(P<0.05)。(2)组内比较:研究结束时,对照组各项指标较试验前差异无显著性(P>0.05);试验组患者血糖、TC、LDL-C、GLP-1水平有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论壳寡糖能够提高2型糖尿病患者的GLP-1水平,降低血糖水平,是一种理想的糖尿病食品。
Objective To investigate the influence of diabetic food with chitosanoligosaccharide as the main ingredient on glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), glucose, lipids and other indicators of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into a test group of 50 patients and a control group of 50 patients. The test group were given chitosanoligosaccharide diabetic food, the control group were given normal diet. Before test and on the 14th day after the beginning of test, the fasting blood glucose (FBG), postprandial blood glucose (PBG), glycated serum protein, serum triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), GLP-1 and other indicators of the two groups were determined. Results Before test, blood glucose, lipids and GLP-1 levels of the test group and control group showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). After 14 days of treatment, blood glucose, TC, LDL-C, GLP-1 levels of the test group and control group showed significant difference (P〈0.05). At the end of the study, the levels of the indicators of the control group before and after test showed no significant difference (P〉0.05); blood sugar, TC, LDL-C and GLP-1 levels before and after test of the test group showed significantly difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion As an ideal diabetic food, chitosanoligosaccharide can improve GLP-1 levels and lower blood sugar levels of type 2 diabetic patients.
