西南某金属冶炼厂周边居民头发镉含量水平研究

Study of the Content Level of Cadmium in Hairs of Surrounding Residents of the Metal Smelting Factories in Southwest of China

摘要 为了研究金属矿石开采、冶炼等工业活动对周边居民身体健康的影响,采用硝酸和过氧化氢微波消解,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)分析西南地区某金属冶炼厂周边2个镇(B镇和C镇)农村居民头发中镉含量(104例),同时在金属冶炼厂主导风向上风向设置对照区A镇(43例)。结果表明,A镇、B镇和C镇发镉含量均值0.08μg/g、0.16μg/g和0.10μg/g,污染区B镇和C镇发镉含量水平显著高于对照区(P<0.05)。不同性别的人发镉含量分析表明,污染区男性发镉含量水平均显著高于女性(P<0.05);不同年龄段人发镉含量分析表明,发镉含量随着年龄增长呈上升趋势,60岁以上老年组发镉含量最高。 In order to investigate the effect of mining and smelting activities on the cadmium content in human hair, 104 human hair samples of town B and town C had been collected from surrounding mining areas and were determined by atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS), and 43 human hair samples of town A (as the control group) had been collected from the main upwind areas. The results showed that the mean contents of Cd were 0. 08, 0. 16 and 0. 10 μg/g in human hairs from A town, B town and C town. The Cd contents of B town and C town surrounding the mining area were higher than A town in the control area significantly ( P 〈 0. 05) . Significant difference between male and female from B and C town areas was found in present study ( P 〈 0. 05) . The contents of Cd in male hairs were significantly higher than those of female hairs. The contents of Cd in hairs had increased with the growth of age and it had reached the maximum contents in the group over 60 years old.
