四川省环保产业发展的影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of Environmental Protection Industries in Sichuan Province

建了包括环保产业需求和环保产业供给两方面共6个指标的环保产业影响因素指标体系,并基于此,建立了影响环保产业发展的数量模型。利用四川省2008年和2011年两年的相关数据对四川省环保产业发展的影响因素进行了实证研究。结果表明,影响四川省环保产业发展的主要影响因素是经济发展水平和环保法律法规严格程度,经济发展水平越高,则环保产业发展越好,环保法律法规越严格,则环保产业发展越好。

This paper established an index system of factors influencing environmental protection industries including 6 indexes of two aspects, environmental protection industry demand and supply. Moreover, a mathematic model of the development of environmental protection industries was constructed using the index system. Based on the data of 2008 and 2011, the paper studies the influencing factors of environmental protection industries in Sichuan Province. The result shows that economic development and the stringent degree of environmental policies are the main factors influencing environmental protection industries in Sichuan. The higher the level of economic development is, the better the development of environmental protection industry is, and the more stringent environmental protection policies are, the better the development of environmental protection industry is.
