节水态度和节水行为间的中介效应研究——德阳市民众节水环保素质的调查与建议

Study on the Mediation Effect between Water- saving Attitude and Water- saving Behavior——Investigation and Suggestion on Water Saving and Environmental Protection Quality of People in Deyang City

随着人们生活质量的不断提升,民众生活用水量增加迅速,供需矛盾日益严重,成为制约城市可持续发展的难题。通过调查研究,运用EFA、CFA及层级回归的方法,分析了节水态度和节水行为的构成;证实了社会准则感知在节水态度和节水行为间起部分中介作用;证实了行为控制感知在节水态度和节水行为间起部分中介作用。调查显示,德阳民众普遍具有较积极的节水态度,但是在节水态度向节水行为的转化过程中存在障碍,本文提出主要问题及建议:第一,民众对德阳缺水城市认知不足,导致降低社会准则感知,建议加大宣传;第二,民众缺乏对德阳整体水资源指标的了解,建议建立统一指标并公布;第三,节水产品及其市场发展不成熟,导致行为控制感知的难度增加,建议培育相关产品及服务领域;第四,水行政管理职能分散在各部门,建议认真梳理,完善协调,提升民众社会认同。

With the improvement of peopleg living quality and rapid increase of daily water consumption, the increasing serious contradiction between supply and demand has become the restricting problem of urban sustainable development. Through investigation and research, this study utilized EFA, CFA and hierarchical regression analysis method to analyze the composition of water - saving attitude and water - saving behavior and had confirmed the partial mediation effect of soeial norms perception between water - saving attitude and water - saving behavior. The investigation showed that people had positive attitude on water- saving in Deyang generally, but with obstacle during the transformation from water - saving attitude to water - saving behavior. This paper proposed main problems and suggestions： firstly, there was the cognition deficiency of public on the water shortage of Deyang and the propaganda was suggested to promote ; secondly, people lack of understanding of overall water indica- tors of Deyang City and it is suggested to establish unified index to public ; thirdly, immaturity of water - saving products and the market development had resulted to the increasing difficulty of perceived behavior control and it is suggested to cultivate related products and service areas; fourthly, the water administrative functions had scattered in various departments, it is suggested to improve the coordination so as to enhance people~ social identification.
