库尔特Multisizer3粒度分析仪测试条件研究 被引量:3

摘要 参数设置和测试条件对库尔特Multisizer3粒度分析仪的测试结果有直接影响.实验以电解液Na Cl浓度、电流与增益(Current and Gain)、测试时间、测试体积、颗粒个数为研究因数,以平均粒径和峰值粒径为研究指标.得到,电解液Na Cl浓度增加,平均粒径值增加,在0.9%时最接近标准值;随着增益的增加和电流的减小,平均粒径值先增加后减小,在-1 600×2时达到最大,优选值为-800×4;测试时间增加,平均粒径变化较小,在60 s时最接近标准值;测试体积与平均粒径值呈负相关,优选1 000μL;随着测试颗粒数的增加,平均粒径整体减小,优选值为20 000;峰值粒径较为稳定只有电流与增益的改变才会影响其数值的变化. Parameter setting and testing conditions have a direct impact on text reasults of Coulter Multisizer3 particle- size analyzer. Electrolyte Na Cl concentration,current and gain,test time,test volume and particle number were used as the research factors,and particle size value was used as the research index.Experimental results show that with the increase of Na Cl electrolyte concentration,the average particle size value increases,it is most close to the standard values at 0. 9%. As gain increases and current decreases,the average particle size value first increases then decreases,and has a max value at- 1 600 × 2,preferred value at- 800 ×4. With increasing time of test,the average particle size value increase before it becomes stable,and it is most close to the standard values at 60 s. Test volume is correlated negatively with the average particle size value selecting- 1 000 μL. Meanwhile with increasing number of test particle,the average grain size decrease as a whole and it has a preferred value 20 000. Mode is relatively stable and only the change of current and gain affect its numerical changes.
