摘要
以城市污水处理厂二沉池的活性污泥作为研究对象,以污泥比阻为响应值,采用响应面法对超声联用PAM改善污泥脱水性能中超声时间、PAM投加量以及PAM浓度3个工艺条件的优化。实验拟合了污泥比阻的二次模型,根据模型确定在超声时间为14.45 s,PAM投加量为78.9 mg/L,PAM质量分数为0.092 5%条件下,污泥比阻理论预测值为0.165×10~9s^2/g,经验证实验测得实际污泥比阻值为0.158×10~9 s^2/g,与理论预测值较为相近,响应面法所得模型以及工艺条件较为可靠。
The study describes the applicationof ultrasonic technique and addition of chemical flocculant to enhance dewatering of excess activated sludge from the municipal wastewater treatment plant. The response surface methodology was applied to optimize the composite of ultrasonic technique and PAM in the treatment of municipal sludge.The sludge resistance were settled as the target responses.It was found that the optimal flocculating conditions for municipal sludge treatment were PAM content of 78.9 mg/L,concentration of PAM 0.092 5%,ultrasonic time of 14.45 s,the sludge resistance of 0.165 × 10~9s^2/g, respectively,under the optimal technology conditions.The experiment measured that the actual sludge resistance was 0.158 × 10~9s^2/g, which relatively similar with the theory predicts.The method and process conditions of response surface method were more reliable.
