具有能量管理与高功率因数的直流钻机电控系统

摘要 直流钻机价格低廉、性能稳定、维护简单,但运行时功率因数低、谐波大,机组功率搭配适应各种工况的能力差,油耗高。针对这些缺陷,本文提出了各种治理措施。配置电能综合管理系统,实时显示各种参数并及时发出并网、解列提示以尽量节省燃油;控制辅机与主机并网运行,在最大范围内合理搭配功率,少开主机以降低油耗;配置无功补偿和谐波治理系统,提高功率因数、释放机组能力、提高负载率以达到少开机组节省燃油。 The DC rig has features of low cost,stable performance and easy maintenance,but it also has its inherent defects of low power factor,large harmonic,poor adaptive capacity,high fuel consumption,etc. Aiming at these defects, the different solutions such as equipping power management system to display various parameters,and real-time and promptly send online or offline signals to save fuel;online controlling the operation of the master and the auxiliary machines to achieve the maximum and reasonable power distribution as well as the energy-saving;equipping the reactive power compensation and harmonic control system to improve the power factor,increase the load ratio,and realize the energy-saving.
