摘要
以乙醇胺、亚磷酸与三聚氯氰为原料,合成具有阻燃性的2-乙醇胺亚磷酸酯-4,6-二氯-1,3,5-均三嗪(APDCT)。将APDCT用于纯棉织物的阻燃整理,利用极限氧指数法、垂直燃烧法以及热重分析法分析其阻燃性、热稳定性与阻燃机理,并测定阻燃棉织物的拉伸断裂强力、白度以及耐洗性。结果表明,APDCT阻燃整理后,棉织物的极限氧指数可由18.0%提高至30.5%,燃烧后的残炭量由10.8%增加至46.3%;阻燃整理对棉织物经、纬向拉伸断裂强力和白度影响不大;水洗30次后棉织物仍具有一定的阻燃性。
A flame retardant of 2-(aminoethyl hydrogen synthesized with ethanolamine, phosphorous acid and dant finishing of cotton fabric with APDCT is carried phosphite)-4,6-dichloro-l,3,5-triazine (APDCT)is cyanuric chloride as raw materials. The flame retardancy, thermal stability and mechanism are investigated using limiting oxygen index (LOI), vertical burning test and thermogravimet- ric analysis, and the tensile strength, whiteness and washing durability are studied as well. The results show that the flame retardant can impart good flame retardancy to cotton fabrics, the LOI value increas- es from 18.0% to 30.5% and the residual char is enhanced from 10.8% to 46.3%. The influence of flame- retardant finishing on warp and weft tensile strength and whiteness of the fabric is low. The treated fab- ric still has good flame retardancy after 30 times of washing.
