摘要
将自制的环保型载体CNJ用于涤纶纤维分散染料载体染色。在单因素和正交试验数据基础上,使用Minitab软件对染色工艺进行各因素正交试验分析,得到分散染料涤纶载体染色的优化工艺:分散红E-4B2%(omf),环保型载体CNJ10%(omf),染色温度100oC,保温时间60min,pH值5-6。结果表明,与传统载体(水杨酸甲酯)相比,涤纶织物染色分散染料使用环保型载体CNJ,可达到相同的染色深度,且不会影响织物力学性能及各项染色牢度。
The self-made dyeing carrier CNJ is applied to disperse dyeing of polyester fiber. Minitab soft-ware is used to optimize the dyeing process based on the data of single factor and orthogonal ments. The optimum process is: Disperse Red E-4B 2%(omf), eco-friendly carrier CNJ10%(omf), at 100 ℃ for 60 min, pH value 5-6.
