摘要 根据数码印花上浆的要求,选择8种数码印花上浆糊料,测定在棉织物和丝绸上浆印花后的表观得色量、线条精细度、织物正反面渗透性、弯曲硬挺度和脱糊率等指标。通过数据分析,发现适合棉布和丝绸提高表观得色量的糊料是DGT-6和Pink;对于喷印精细花型,首选Pink糊料;要求反面渗透好的产品,棉布和丝绸均可选海藻酸钠和SV-8作为上浆糊料;对纬斜有特别要求的花型和产品,建议使用含固量低的水性糊料上浆,如Pink、ARJ和优彩素286等,以利于整纬。 According to the sizing requirements of digital printing, 8 kinds of printing pastes are selected, their effects on the apparent color yield, line fineness, face-to-back permeability and bending stiffness of sizing cotton and silk printings are evaluated, and their paste removal rate is tested. The results show that the paste DGT-6 and Pink can increase apparent color yield of cotton and silk fabric; paste Pink is suitable for fine printing. Sodium alginate and SV-8 are suitable for two-sided permeability of cotton and silk products. As for the special skew weft requirements, low solid aqueous paste is recommended, such as paste Pink, ARJ and 286.
