摘要
低温精练剂QRJ001由混合碱A、活化剂B、促进剂C等组成,讨论了各组分及双氧水用量和精练时间对低温精练效果的影响。结果显示,当精练温度为65℃时,精练剂QRJ001的精练效果可以接近或达到普通精练剂水平。推荐低温精练剂QRJ001精练工艺:混合碱A 2.5 g/L、活化剂B 2.5 g/L、促进剂C 1.25 g/L、双氧水7 g/L,于65℃精练80 min,效果达到传统90℃精练的水平。
The low temperature scouring agent QRJO01 is prepared and used to pretreatment of cotton fabric. The concentration of each component of QRJOO1 and H202, as well as scouring time on pretreat- ment results are discussed. The scouring results with QRJO01 at 65 ℃ are close to those with conven- tional scouring processes at 90 ℃. The recommended process with QRJ001 is mixed alkali A 2.5 g/L, ac- tivator B 2.5 g/L, accelerator C 1.25 g/L, H2Q2 7 g/L, scouring at 65 ℃ for 80 min.
