摘要
针对纤维素纤维/聚酯类纺织品一浴一步法染色时,两类纤维的工艺差异,重点介绍了高温型活性染料的应用及发展状况,包括适于一浴二步法和一浴一步法的高温型活性染料;指出对高温型活性染料的相关染色性能和染色机理进行深入研究是解决该问题的主要办法。
Focusing on the different dyeing processes of cellulose and polyester fibers in one-bath one- step method, the application and development of high-temperature reactive dyes for cellulose/polyes- ter blends in one-bath two-step process or in one-bath one-step process are introduced. It is pointed out that the research of dyeing properties and mechanism of high-temperature reactive dyes is the main way to solve the dyeing problems of cellulose/polyester blends.
