摘要
在香精香料化妆品通识课程中引入案例教学法的实践证明,案例教学法不仅能调动学生的学习积极性,加深对抽象原理或概念的理解和掌握,而且有助于提高学生分析、解决实际问题的能力,同时达到教学相长的效果。
The case-teaching method have been introduced into Flavors,Fragrances and Cosmetics General Educational Curriculum for about 5 years. It was proved that the case-teaching method not only aroused student' s study enthusiasm,deepened their understanding of new knowledge,but also improved their abilities of analyzing and solving practical problems,and benefited teachers as well as students.
