摘要
本文介绍了铅富氧熔炼过程中产出的底吹炉烟灰中有价金属的回收利用工艺及应用实践,烟灰经过浸出、置换、净化、中和、焙解等工艺过程,富集回收了铅、镉、同时产出了符合国家标准的纳米氧化锌产品。对冶炼行业富氧熔炼过程中烟灰的综合利用具有良好的示范意义。
This paper introduces the process and application of the recycling process and application of the output of the bottom blowing furnace in the process of oxygen enrichment of lead, and the process of leaching, replacement, purification, neutralization, roasting and so on. The comprehensive utilization of soot in the process of oxygen enrichment in smelting industry has a good demonstration significance.
