摘要
目的探讨朱氏盆炎汤对慢性盆腔炎(SPID)模型大鼠免疫方面的影响。方法采用化学烧伤造模法制备慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型,用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测各组大鼠血清的炎症细胞因子水平,包括白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的浓度变化。结果朱氏盆炎汤中剂量即临床常用量对于SPID模型大鼠治疗作用显著,能有效降低大鼠血清中炎症细胞因子IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α含量。结论朱氏盆炎汤治疗慢性盆腔炎作用机制与其调节机体免疫功能相关。
Objective The research into the impact of immunization of Zhushi Penyan decoction to chronic pelvic inflammatory disease model of the rats. Methods Model of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in rats by using chemical burn,Adsorption of inflammatory cytokines were measured in serum by ELISA,including IL-2 IL-6 and TNF-a concentration changes. Results Zhushi Penyan decoction dose for the treatment of SPID rats significantly,Can effectively reduce the content of serum IL-2,IL-6,and TNF-a. Conclusion The research results showed that Zhushi Penyan decoction for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease mechanisms and its role in regulating the body immune function is related.
