摘要
肺癌细胞无限增殖是肿瘤快速生长的主要原因,抑制肺癌细胞增殖、诱导其分化、凋亡甚至直接杀伤肺癌细胞可达到治疗肺癌的目的。中药及其复方抗肺癌的主要作用机理有:提高、改善肺癌患者机体免疫功能;抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞的分化、凋亡;抑制肿瘤血管形成;抑制端粒酶活性。
The lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor,its incidence and mortality are on top of all cancers. It has high degree of malignancy and complex biological characteristics. It has been a serious threat to human health and life,and the incidence rate is still rising year by year. Anti-cancer medicine has become a hot research,the main mechanisms of anti-lung cancer have improving patients＇ immune functions,inhibiting cancer cell growth and reproduction and so on.
