针灸治疗急性痛风性关节炎选穴规律研究

Acu-points selection of acupuncture treatment for acute gouty arthritis

目的研究针灸治疗急性痛风性关节炎的选穴规律。方法采用聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,对近10年国内外各大文献数据库中有关中医针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的文献进行挖掘、筛选,对其处方选穴进行归纳、整理,总结其选穴频数、治法分类,分析其选穴及配伍规律。结果针刺治疗急性痛风性关节炎多采用局部取穴和整体调节为原则,近部以病变局部取穴为主,远部多选用脾胃经腧穴,其中足三里、阴陵泉配伍关系最为密切。结论应用统计学方法定量分析针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的选穴与配穴方法及治疗手段,可为临床治疗提供参考。

Based on data mining methods,such as the clustering analysis,searching and screening the literature about Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of gouty arthritis in each domestic and foreign literature database among nearly 10 years,inducting its prescription about acupuncture points＇ select,summarizing the selected point frequency and the classification of the treatment,analyzing the regularity about the compatibility of selected point. Hierarchical clustering result shows that acupuncture treatment of acute gouty arthritis often use local find and overall adjustment in principle,the parts close to local lesion mostly chose the points nearby,the far away parts chose the points on Stomach Meridian and Spleen Meridian mostly. Besides,three mile and Yin ling have the closest relationship. Using statistical methods to quantitative analyze about selected point acupuncture and the treatment of gouty arthritis,can provide reference for clinical treatment.
