个性化护理联合中医特色护理在骨折患者中的护理效果

Effects of individual nursing combined with TCM- featured nursing in fracture patients

目的:探讨在骨折患者中个性化护理联合中医特色护理的临床护理效果。方法:将80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者采用个性化护理,观察组患者在此基础上联合中医特色护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组和对照组治疗效果分别为95%、85%;对治疗总体满意率分别为95%、65%;观察组患者均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者骨折疼痛指数为(8.6±0.5)分,骨折肿胀指数为(9.0±0.25)分,低于对照组(P<0.05);骨关节活动指数为(9.4±0.1)分,高于对照组(P<0.05);疼痛VAS评分在1 d时为(4.1±0.4)分、15 d时为(1.7±0.3)分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上,对骨折患者采用个性化护理联合中医特色护理的方法具有积极的治疗作用。

Objective:To investigate clinical effects of individual nursing combined with TCM-featured nursing in fracture pa-tients. Methods:80 fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups. The individual nursing care was performed on the pa-tients in control group (n=40), while the individual nursing combined with TCM-featured nursing were given to observation group (n=40). Then, the nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results:95% of the patients in observation group had ideal therapeutic efficacy, which was significantly higher than that of control group (85%) (P<0. 05). In terms of patient satis-faction, 95% patients reflected on general satisfaction in observation group, and the rate is higher than that in control group (65%) (P<0. 05). The pain score and the swelling index of fracture of observation group were 8. 6±0. 5 and 9. 0±0. 25, respectively, and were lower than those of control group (P<0. 05). For the index of joint motion, the observation group (9. 4±0. 1) was higher than control group (P<0. 05). The VAS points on the 1st day and 15th day of observation group were 4. 1±0. 4 and 1. 7±0. 3, respectively, and were lower than those of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions:The Individual nursing combined with TCM-featured nursing has positive effects on the facture patients.
