金匮肾气丸改善大肠癌患者脾肾阳虚症状的临床观察

Clinical observation of Jingui Shenqi pills in improvement of spleen- kidney yang deficiency symptoms for patients with colorectal cancer

目的:观察金匮肾气丸改善大肠癌患者脾肾阳虚症状的临床疗效。方法:将70例晚期大肠癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。两组患者均采用相同的化疗方案,观察组患者在化疗的基础上加用金匮肾气丸,两组患者的疗程均为2个月。比较两组患者脾肾阳虚症状变化。结果:观察组患者的KPS评分和体质量改善及中医临床症状候积分均明显优于对照组,有效率为88.5%高于对照组的74.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在化疗的基础上应用金匮肾气丸可明显改善大肠癌患者脾肾阳虚的症状,临床疗效显著。

Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of Jingui Shenqi pills in improvement of spleen-kidney yang deficiency symptoms in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods:70 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with the same chemotherapy regimen, and Jingui Shenqi pills were given to observation group, additionally. The treatment lasts for 2 months. The changes of spleen-kidney yang defi-ciency symptoms of the two groups were compared. Results: The KPS score, body mass improvement, and TCM clinical symptom score of observation group were significantly better than those of control group. The effective rate of observation group (88. 5%) was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions:Jingui Shenqi pills based on chemotherapy can improve spleen-kidney yang deficiency symptoms in the patients with colorectal cancer with obvious clinical efficacy.
