摘要 压缩机气量调节系统液压执行机构是一套完整的机电液一体化的机构,高速换向阀作为整套装置的核心元件,主要功能是接收上位机发出的控制指令信号,实现对液压系统油路的通断控制,液压油作用于卸荷器液压缸实现进气阀的开启与闭合,达到气量调节的目的。采用AMESim仿真和实验验证相结合,对液压执行机构不同工况条件下性能进行研究,分析工况条件改变对液压系统运行性能的影响。结果表明:不同工况条件液压执行机构的性能差别很大,仿真结果与实验具有很好的一致性,仿真方法可以有效应用于液压执行机构性能评估。 Hydraulic actuator used in compressor capacity regulation system is a hydromechatronics equipment,the high frequency selector valve is the core element of the system. The function of the selector valve is to receive the control instruction signal of PC system,and to realize the on-off control of hydraulic system. Hydraulic oil acts on the hydraulic cylinder piston to press off the inlet valve and unload at a certain time. This is the operating principle of compressor capacity regulation system. The performances of hydraulic actuator were explored with different operation conditions adopting AMESim simulation and experimental methods. The results show that hydraulic actuator performances under different operating conditions has very big differences. Simulation results have good consistency with the experimental results. Simulation method can be effectively applied to the hydraulic actuator performance evaluation.
