摘要
针对100 k N重式力基准机砝码的组合问题,通过分析得到了有限个砝码力值组合,并对力值筛选、排序进行理论分析,提出了砝码组合算法,针对实际应用讨论了不同砝码组合对加载过程的影响,基于改进冒泡法确定了最优组合的方法,为力基准机砝码加载的组合提供了一种新的算法。实际应用验证了该砝码组合算法在测试中起到了较显著的效果。
Aimed at the weights combinatorial problems of force-type 100 k N force standard machine,the values of a finite number of combinations of weight force were obtained by analyzing. The theoretical analysis of force value sorting and filtering was carried out,and weights combinational algorithm was proposed. For practical application,the impact on the loading process in the different weights code combinations was discussed,an improved bubble method was based on to determine the optimal combination,and to provide a new algorithm for realistic weight load combination of the force standard machine. Through the practical application,it was verified that the weight combination algorithm has a more significant effect in the test.
