摘要
研究了PC+I/O结构的开放式数控系统,通过软件算法实现了数控系统中的强实时任务。采用模块化方法建立了系统的软件体系结构,探讨了在Windows+RTX软件平台上进行磨床数控系统软件开发的方法。结合平面凸轮数控磨削加工算法设计了自动编程模块,研究了平面凸轮磨床的插补算法。采用RT-TCP/IP协议,设计了实时网络控制模块。磨削实验验证了该数控系统具有精度高、响应快、稳定性好,可以完全满足磨床的性能要求。
The open computer numercial control( CNC) system of PC + I / O architecture was researched and strong real-time tasks in CNC systems were realized with software algorithms. Modular method was adopted to establish the software architecture of the system. The grinder CNC system software development method in the Windows + RTX software platform was discussed. Automatic programming module was designed by combined with the plate cam CNC grinding algorithms. The interpolation algorithm is researched based on the plate cam grinder. The real-time network control module was designed by using RT-TCP / IP protocol. The grinding experiment verifies that the CNC system has high accuracy,fast response and good stability,and can absolutely satisfy the performance requirement of the grinder.
