摘要
随着轧机自动化水平日益提高,板厚自动控制(Automatic Gauge Control,简称AGC)系统必须要有精确的控制系统和高精度的压下调节系统,才能够获得高精度的产品轧出厚度。为了掌握板厚精度受各种因素影响的规律,并提出相应的解决措施,仿真研究整个轧制过程。分析了液压AGC系统结构特点,概述了AMESim软件,利用基于AMESim对液压AGC系统进行了仿真,较为深入地探讨了相关参数对系统的影响,具有一定的参考价值。
With the increasing level of automation of rolling mill,the thickness of automatic control( Automatic Gauge Control,AGC) system must have precise control systems and high-precision pressure regulation system,so as to obtain high accuracy of the rolling thickness of the product. In order to master the regular pattern of thickness accuracy influenced by various factors,and to propose the corresponding appropriate solution measures,the whole rolling process was simulated and studied. The structural characteristics of the hydraulic AGC system were analyzed,the AMESim software was summarized,and the hydraulic AGC system was simulated based on using AMESim. A more in-depth discussion of the influence of related parameters on the system is carried out,which has a certain reference value.
