摘要 以平整机吹扫系统中三维空气吹扫喷嘴为研究对象,基于流体力学的基本方程和RNG k-ε湍流模型,建立了吹扫射流的数学模型。为了研究入射角对吹扫流场的影响,在其他参数相同的情况下,将吹扫入射角α分别设为90°、60°、45°、30°,借助流体仿真软件对4种喷嘴布置方式下射流流场进行了分析。研究表明:一定的入射角使得更多的气流向前吹,并增大了吹扫速度,但是会降低垂直于钢板的速度分量,削弱气流对钢板的冲击能力,并且会在冲击点下游出现强烈的漩涡流,通过分析可知最佳入射角取45°左右。 By taking the three dimensional( 3-D) air nozzle in the air blow off system of a level up machine as a study object,based on the basic equations of fluid mechanics and the RNG k-ε turbulence model,the mathematical air jet models were established.In order to study the effect of jet angle on the jet field,under the condition that other factors were the same,the jet angle was set as90°、60°、45°、30°respectively. Based on fluid simulation software,the jet field was analyzed under four different disposal conditions of the nozzle. The study shows that more air is blowing forward when the air nozzle is tilted at a certain angle,and the blow velocity increases. But the velocity component perpendicular to the plate decreases,and jet air impact pressure on the steel board is weakened. In the downstream of the impact point,strong eddy is appeared at the same time. According to the analysis,about 45°of an optimal jet angle is suggested.
