摘要 不同疲劳度的肌肉具有不同的能量蓄势,两者之间关系建立的难点在于如何采用详细的评价方法,对不同情况下的能量蓄势进行精确描述,为肌肉疲劳度在不同情况下的能量蓄势提供一定的参考。在肌肉疲劳原理与能量分析的基础上,采用统计分析的方法,对不同人群的肌肉疲劳适应度进行分解分析,通过对不同运动种类运动疲劳和不同疲劳条件下的能量蓄势不同性质分析,详细给出不同情况下的能量蓄势评价结果,由于统计分析的方法涵盖了不同范围,具有相当的统计代表意义,所以,此方法具有很好的指导意义。 The muscle fatigue was different with different energy poised and it was difficult to be established for the relation-ship between the two, so it became hard for using a detailed evaluation of energy under different circumstances poised with accurate description, the muscle fatigue energy in different situations was poised to provide a reference. On the basis of the principles of muscle fatigue and energy analysis, the method of statistical analysis was used, the muscle fatigue fitness de-composition analysis of different groups of people was carried out, through the movement of different sports fatigue, the fa-tigue conditions in different energy poised with different nature analysis was given out, and detailed energy was given in dif-ferent situations, due to the method of statistical analysis covers different areas, with considerable statistical significance representatives, this method has a good guidance for application.
