有氧运动干预下的肥胖人群胰岛素变化分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过有氧运动对肥胖人群的胰岛素进行调控干预,分析在运动干预下的肥胖者的胰岛素变化特征,为预防和治疗肥胖导致的胰岛疾病提供依据。方法:研究测试的对象为随机选择的100名肥胖患者,通过有氧运动实现对肥胖患者的人工干预,利用亲水性的超支化聚醚酯通过酯化反应实现与PTX的共价结合,通过DCC/DMAP催化缩合对肥胖患者进行胰岛素采集,在不同p H值情况下分析胰岛素的聚合特征差别性,得到肥胖患者胰岛素的聚合特征,构建抗病原性真菌药物对胰岛素生态失衡关联分析测定指标体系,测定胰岛素失衡所引起的血样饱和度,进行胰岛素微生态失衡关联分析。结果:得到不同p H下对胰岛素代谢促进作用分析结果,当p H=5.0时,其72 h后的释放量有了明显上升,当p H=7.4时,72 h后的释放量仅为8.3%。在有氧运动训练下胰岛素真核细胞生成素过程中,p H在6.5-7.8范围,Cl-的生成量大,在p H低于6.5或高于7.8条件下,有氧运动训练干预下对肥胖人群的胰岛素真核细胞生成素的代谢表达较为完整,准确反映胰岛素变化特征。结论:通过有氧运动训练,能有效促进胰岛素的能量代谢反馈调节,有效增加脂肪燃烧速率,保证了身体健康,预防相关疾病的发生。 Objective:Through aerobic exercise on obesity insulin were the intervention and regulation, analysis in the exer-cise intervention of obesity insulin variation, for prevention and treatment of obesity caused by islet provide the basis for the disease. Methods:Testing research object of randomly selected 100 obese patients, through aerobic exercise to achieve the artificial intervention in obese patients, using hydrophilic hyperbranched polyether ester with PTX covalent binding is achieved by esterification, by DCC/DMAP catalyzed condensation of obese patients were insulin acquisition, at different pH values of insulin polymerization character difference, obese patients with insulin polymerization characteristics, con-struction of anti fungal drugs on insulin ecological imbalance associated analysis determination of index system, the deter-mination of insulin is caused by the unbalance of the blood oxygen saturation and insulin microecological imbalance corre-lation analysis. Results: Under different pH conditions to promote the role of insulin metabolism analysis results, when pH=5.0, the 72 h after the release amount have increased significantly, when pH=7.4, 72 h after the release amount is on-ly 8.3%. In the aerobic exercise training insulin eukaryotic cells generate) during, the pH in the range of 6.5-7.8, Cl-the generation of large, at pH below 6.5 or higher than 7.8 conditions, aerobic exercise intervention on obesity insulin eukaryot-ic cells generate metabolic expression is complete, quasi accurately reflect the characteristics of insulin. Conclusion:Through aerobic exercise training, can effectively promote the energy metabolism feedback regulation, effectively increase the fat burning rate, guarantee the health, prevent the occurrence of the related diseases.
