摘要
提出一种基于多元线性回归分析方法的足球运动员代谢循环机能动态检测模型,构建能反映足球运动代谢循环机能和整体心肺功能的参量评价体系,分别以最大摄氧量、最大无氧功、无氧功递减疲劳系数作为自变量,其它机能评价指标为应变量,构建多元线性回归方程,通过差异显著相关性评价,分析足球运动中代谢循环机能,实现对运动员的绝对力量、速度力量和力量耐力的综合评价,得到足球运动员有氧代谢能力和无氧代谢能力的内在关系。测试结果表明,该模型能有效检测足球运动中代谢循环机能,检测算法具有收敛性和稳定性,基于分析结果开展针对性训练,提高足球运动的有氧能力和无氧能力,为指导足球训练和提高运动员训练水平提供理论基础。
This paper construct the parameter evaluation system and it can reflect the football exercise metabolism circula-tion function and the overall function of heart and lung. The maximal oxygen uptake, maximal anaerobic power, anaerobic power decreasing fatigue coefficient are taken as a variable. The correlation analysis between metabolic cycle function is ob-tained. Comprehensive evaluation for absolute power, athletes speed strength and endurance are analyzed, and the internal relations of football athlete aerobic capacity and anaerobic metabolic capacity is obtained. The test results show that, the model can effectively detect the metabolic cycle function, and the detection algorithm has convergence and stability. It can improve the football playing aerobic and anaerobic ability, and it provides the theoretical basis for guiding the wrestling training and improves the training level.
