基于色差法的镀铝纸叠印呈色研究

The Study on Overprint Color about Metallized Paper Based on The Chromatic Aberration Method

镀铝纸作为一种新型的包装印刷材料,广泛应用于酒标、烟标及食品包装等领域。与普通纸张相比,其色彩再现能力存在较明显差异,二次叠印色的不确定性更大。文章基于色差法理论,通过实验对镀铝纸的实际叠印呈色和理想叠印呈色进行了比较,分析了不同叠印色序对色差的影响。实验数据和结论,可以作为企业工艺数据化及规范化的重要理论依据和参考。

As a new type of packaging and printing materials, metallized paper is widely used in food packaging, cigarette and wine label. Compared with general paper, the color reproduction ability has obvious difference and two superimposition is of greater uncertainty. Based on the theory of chromatic aberration method, the actual test was conducted to compare the metallized paper over-print color and overprint color, at the same time, the effect of different superimposition sequence of color was analyzed as well. In this paper, the experimental data and conclusions can be used as an important theoretical basis and reference for enterprise process data and standardization.
