“淘宝村”发展现状及培育对策研究——基于嘉兴市典型个案的实证分析

The Research on Current Situation of Taobao Villages and Cultivation Countermeasures——Based on Jiaxing Experimental Cases Analysis

作为"互联网+农村"的新生事物,"淘宝村"对于农村经济转型升级、农民创业就业、社会和谐稳定发展具有重要意义。当前,"淘宝村"呈"井喷"式发展态势,其影响的广度、深度也超过以往,政府和社会各界对"淘宝村"发展都给予了密切关注。近年来,嘉兴市电子商务发展较快,2014年"淘宝村"的数量位列全省第一,在全国也处于前列。在深入分析嘉兴市"淘宝村"典型个案的基础上,对其具有普适性的一般发展规律进行总结,就其培育机制提出对策,以更好的推动"淘宝村"发展。

Taobao villages, as new things in Internet plus village period, play a meaningful role for transformation and upgrading of county village economy, peasants business employment and harmonious and stable development of society. At present, Taobao vil-lages are in blowout development and their influences has been more wide and deep than before, which get close attention from gov-ernment and society. In recent years, Jiaxing e-commerce has been developed rapidly, and the number of Tabao villages falls into No.1 in Zhejiang Province in 2014, which is also at the forefront of the country. Based on analyzing the typical cases of Taobao village in Ji-axing, this paper is to conclude the general law of development for its universality and propose the countermeasures for cultivating mechanism so as to promote development of Taobao villages.
