摘要
经济全球化与中国新型工业化呼唤高校培养大批具有创新创业能力的高素质工程师。高校学科性公司的创办成为突破原有教学科研组织模式,实现创新型人才培养的平台和基地。以"北京理工雷科公司"为个案,从人才培养的角度,通过现场观察和深入访谈,总结和归纳学科性公司在培养高素质工程人才中的经验与规律,为探索高校与企业结合培养优秀工程人才提供借鉴。
In the Era of Globalization, universities in China shoulder increasingly heavy responsibilities to cultivate highly-qualified engineers with innovation ability and entrepreneurship for the new industrial development of the nation. College Discipline Company, being a new addition to the traditional engineering education system in China, has provided a platform for creativity. Based on data collected through field work and in-depth interviews with BIT RACO Electronic Information Technology Company, this paper tries to sum up experience as well as deduce the laws of such form of school-enterprise cooperation from the angle of personnel training. It aims to be a reference to other further exploration on this topic.
