摘要
基于IW1810 设计了一款功率为6 W 的LED 开关电源. 电源采用数控技术,利用一次侧反馈,并在准谐振模式下操作,简化了电路结构,降低了成本,提高了稳定性;电源采用多模式的PWM / PFM 控制,大大提高了轻负载的效率和总平均效率. 测试结果表明:输入电压范围为85-265 VAC 时,电源能驱动6 颗LED 正常发光,工作稳定,满足输出电压17 V、电流350 mA、效率≥78%的设计要求.
A power of 6 W LED drive power supply was designed based on IW1810. By using the numerical control technology, a side feedback and operated in quasi-resonant mode, the design simplifies the circuit structure, reduces the cost and improves the stability. In addition, this circuit adopted multi-mode PWM/PFM control to improve the efficiency of the light load and the total average efficiency greatly. The testing results showed that when the input voltage range is 85-265 VAC, the power supply can drive 6 LED light to light normally and work steadily, which meet the design requirements that output voltage 17 V, current 350 mA, efficiency greater than 78%.
