参芪扶正注射液联合布地奈德对支气管哮喘患者肺功能影响及对Th17/Treg的调节作用

Influence of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with Budesonide on pulmonary function and regulation on immune balance of Th17/Treg in patients with bronchial asthma

目的探讨参芪扶正注射液联合布地奈德对支气管哮喘患者肺功能的影响,并观察对Th17/ Treg 免疫平衡的调节作用.方法：选择轻-中度支气管哮喘患者60 例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组各30 例;再选取10 例同期体检健康者作为正常组.对照组患者给予吸入布地奈德400-600 μg/ d,治疗组患者在吸入布地奈德400-600 μg/ d 的基础上,再予参芪扶正注射液250 ml/ d 静滴.两组患者均治疗2周.测定治疗前后两组患者肺功能的变化以及血清中IL-17A 和IL-10 的表达水平.结果：治疗组患者对肺功能改善更加明显,降低IL-17A/ IL-10 比值更加显著.结论：参芪扶正注射液联合布地奈德改善支气管哮喘患者的肺功能作用更明显,能进一步调节Th17/ Treg 的免疫失衡.

Objective: To investigate influence of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with Budesonide treatment on pulmonary function and regulation on immune balance of Th17 / Treg in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods: 60 patients who were diagnosed as slight and moderate asthma were divided into two groups: control group and treatment group with 30 patients in each group. 10 healthy adults were selected as normal group. The patients in control group were given Budesonide( 400 ~ 600 μg / d) inhaling for 2weeks,while the patients in treatment group were given additional treatment with Shenqi Fuzheng injection based on Budesonide( 400~ 600 μg / d) inhaling for 2 weeks. Pulmonary function and the levels of IL- 17 A and IL- 10 were detected before and after the treatment. Results: After the treatment,the ratios of IL- 17 A / IL- 10 in treatment group decreased significantly than those of control group,and the influence on pulmonary function was more obvious. Conclusions: The combination of Shenqi Fuzheng injection and Budesonide has more effect son improving the pulmonary and regulating the immune imbalance of Th17 / Treg in the patients with bronchial asthma.
