电磁驱动气门的动力学分析与缓冲结构研究 被引量:3

摘要 应用有限元方法,对自行研制的电磁驱动气门进行了动力学分析,得到了落座时气门产生的冲击应力,0.3m/s落座速度下,冲击应力峰值为51.63 MPa;分析了动质量、落座速度和气门侧偏角等参数对气门落座冲击的影响,其中气门侧偏角和落座速度对冲击应力影响显著。通过设计缓冲结构,气门冲击应力降低了50%,且落座速度越大,缓冲效果越明显;缓冲结构很好地抑制了气门的反跳,有利于降低气门精确控制的难度。 Dynamic analysis of electromagnetic valve actuation was conducted and the seated impact stress of valve was calculated by using the finite element method.The peak impact stress was 51.63 MPa when the seated velocity was 0.3m/s.The influences of valve mass,seated velocity,and valve tilt angle on valve seated impact were discussed and it was found that the valve tilt angle and seated velocity had great influence.With the designed buffer structure,the valve impact stress decreased by50% and higher seated velocity led to better buffer effect.The buffer structure could restraine valve rebounding successfully and was beneficial to reduce the difficulty of valve accurate control.
