基于中医传承辅助平台的治疗化疗性呕吐组方规律分析

Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System

目的:分析和总结中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中治疗化疗性呕吐方剂的组方规律。方法:运用中医传承辅助平台(2.5),提取CNKI中治疗化疗性呕吐的方剂,录入方剂信息,构建数据库,使用软件的关联规则、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析治疗化疗性呕吐方剂中常用药物、组合规律、核心组合及新方。结果:通过对CNKI中102首治疗化疗性呕吐方剂的分析,明确了治疗化疗性呕吐方剂中的药物频次,总结了常用药对及药物组合48个、核心组合45个,并演化新处方8个。结论:中国期刊全文数据库中收录治疗化疗性呕吐的方剂以和胃止呕为主,进而揭示组方规律,可为中医药治疗化疗性呕吐提供参考。

Objective：To analyze the composition principles of prescriptions for Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting with Chinese medicine in CNKI. Methods：The prescriptions for Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting with Chinese medicine in CNKI were selected and Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance system V2.5 was used to entry inform and build the database..The commonly used herbs,combination princi-ples and core combinations in the prescriptions for Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting were ana-lyzed with data mining methods such as association rules ,improved mutual information Method and complex system entropy clustering. Results：Forty-eight common used herb pairs and combinations,forty-five core com-binations and eight developed prescriptions were concluded ,based on the analysis of the frequency of each ingredient in 102 prescriptions for Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting in 102 prescriptions.Conclu-sion：Analysis on formulas for treating Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting from CNKI by TCM in-heritance system shows that the prescriptions focus mainly on harmonize the stomach and check vomiting that reveals prescriptions rules,to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
