摘要
教学文化具有特殊的价值属性。自然主义教学文化主张"人性善",崇尚"内发论",注重人的自然发展和生命的自由成长,承认人的个性差异,重视教师的引导作用,追求学生的和谐发展。理性主义教学文化反对"以神为中心",确立了人在教学中的主体地位,强调把握教学的内部联系,以促进认知、情感与行为的协调发展,追求对教学的本质与规律、目的与手段、逻辑与实证的统一和功利化的价值取向。实现这两种教学文化的融合,师生的教学生活才能完美。
The teaching culture has a special value attribute. Naturalism teaching culture advocates＂good human nature＂and＂internal development theory＂, pays attention to the human nature development and the freedom of life growth,admits that people＇s individual character difference, pays attention to the teacher＇s guidance, and pursues the students＇ harmonious development. Rationalism teaching culture opposes to the＂God as the center＂, establishes the person＇s subject status in the teaching, emphasizes the internal links of teaching, so as to promote the harmonious development of cognition,emotion and behavior, and pursues the unity of essence and rule, the teaching purpose and means, logic and demonstration and utilitarian value orientation.
