体验式教学模式是在体验式学习理论的基础上发展而来的。体验式教学模式注重学生的参与性,强调教学效果的实用性,倡导建立新型的师生关系,实现师生双方能力的提升。体验式教学评价的核心是强调职业能力,促进全面发展,旨在实现评价功能的多元化、评价主体的多元化、评价内容的多元化以及评价方法的多元化。在体验式教学中,教师应进行课前精心设计,保证科学实施的过程,学校也应保证教学时间安排,展开与合作企业的深度合作。
