摘要
体验式教学模式是在体验式学习理论的基础上发展而来的。体验式教学模式注重学生的参与性,强调教学效果的实用性,倡导建立新型的师生关系,实现师生双方能力的提升。体验式教学评价的核心是强调职业能力,促进全面发展,旨在实现评价功能的多元化、评价主体的多元化、评价内容的多元化以及评价方法的多元化。在体验式教学中,教师应进行课前精心设计,保证科学实施的过程,学校也应保证教学时间安排,展开与合作企业的深度合作。
The experiential teaching mode developed on the basis of the experiential learning theory. The experiential teaching mode pays attention to students' participation,emphasizes the practicability of teaching effect and advocates to establish a new relationship between teachers and students to realize the raise of the teachers and students' ability. The core of experiential teaching evaluation is vocational ability to promote the comprehensive development and achieve the diversification of evaluation function,the diversification of evaluation subjects,the diversification of evaluation content and the diversification of evaluation methods. In the experiential teaching,the teacher should carefully design the class to ensure the scientific implement process,and the school also should guarantee the teaching schedule and should deepen of the university-enterprise cooperation.
