燃煤机组SCR装置运行现状调查及存在问题分析

Survey on operation condition and in existing problems of SCR facilities in coal-fired units

对多台燃煤机组已投运的SCR烟气脱硝装置运行现状进行调查分析,结果表明,目前在接近设计条件的情况下,能够实现脱硝效率及出口NO_x达到设计保证值要求,但无法有效保证氨耗量和氨逃逸维持在设计值以下,长久运行将对锅炉安全运行产生不利影响。

It surveyed the operation condition of SCR facilities in coal-fired units which has been running. The results show that under design conditions,the denitrification efficiency and concentration of nitrogen oxides of outlet can satisfied the requirement of guarantee value,but ammonia consumption and ammonia escape can not be ensured. It is harmful to safety of boiler operation in the long-time running.
