摘要
介绍湿式球磨机制浆过程的基本原理及其在湿法脱硫中的应用情况,以湿式球磨机出力为研究对象研究了制浆系统出力的影响因素及影响规律:石灰石物料本身的物理特性,如石灰石中所含的杂质、石灰石粒径的分布等对湿式球磨机出力的影响规律;湿式球磨机的运行参数、运行故障、湿法脱硫等工艺条件等对制浆系统出力的影响。根据上述研究结果,从工艺和设备的角度探讨如何确保制浆系统的出力,为石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺中制浆系统的优化和稳定运行提供参考依据。
Introduces the basic principles of the wet pulp mill process and its application in the wet desulfurization,the yield of wet mill as the object to research the factor and influence regular of pulping system: the influence law of physical characteristics of limestone itself of a wet ball mill,such as the impurities contained in the limestone,the particle size distribution of limestone and so on. Based on the above findings,from the perspective of technology and equipment to explore ways to ensure the yield of pulping system,and to provide the reference for optimizing and stable operation of pulping system of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization.
