老年骨质疏松合并肱骨近端骨折的治疗分析

An Analysis of the Treatment for Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis Complicated with Fracture of Proximal End of Humerus

目的：对老年骨质疏松合并肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效进行分析.方法：选择2013年12月-2014年12月前来某院进行治疗的60例老年骨质疏松合并肱骨近端骨折患者作为研究对象,把患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组患者采用肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定术进行治疗,对照组患者只是给予保守治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果：研究组患者的总有效率（96.66%）比对照组（76.66%）高,由此可知研究组临床护理效果比对照组的好.结论：在对老年骨质疏松合并肱骨近端骨折进行治疗的过程中,应当根据患者的病情选择合适的治疗方法,这样才能使患者病情更快的恢复.

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect on the elderly patients with osteoporosis and fractures of the proximal end of humerus.Methods:60elderly patients with osteoporosis and fractures of the proximal end of humerus received in our hospital during the period from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected.The patients were divided into research group and control group.The research group received internal fixation with proximal humerus locking plate and the patients in the treatment group were treated with conservative treatment.The clinical efficacy in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group(96.66%)was higher than that of the control group(76.66%),thus the clinical nursing effect ofthe study group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:During the treatment for the elderly patients with osteoporosis combined with fracture proximal end of humerus,appropriate treatment protocols shall be selected for the patients according to the situation of the patients,so as to help the patients recover more quickly.
