更年期功血患者单纯孕激素治疗与妈富隆治疗对比分析

A Comparison and Analysis of Curative Effect of Simple Progestin and Marvelon on Patients with Climacteric Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的：研究单纯孕激素治疗与妈富隆治疗在更年期功血治疗中的临床疗效对比.方法：选择2013年2月-2014年2月来某院进行更年期功血治疗的患者348例,采用随机分组法,将以上患者分为A组和B组,其中A组174例采用妈富隆治疗,B组174例采用单纯孕激素治疗,比较两组疗效.结果：A组174例患者中总有效率92.5%.B组174例患者中总有效率84.5%.结论：妈富隆较单纯孕激素治疗对更年期功血更有疗效.

Objective:To compare the curative effect of simple progestin and marvelon on patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:Select 348 patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding received in some hospital during the period from February 2013 to February 2014 and randomly divide them into group A and group B,and the 174 patients in group A were treated with marvelon and the 174 ones were treated with simple progestin.Compare the effect in both group.Results:The overall effect rate in group A was 92.5% and the rate was 84.5%.Conclusion:It is more effective to treat climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding with marvelon than with simple progestin.
