流行性角结膜炎患者应用糖皮质激素的治疗效果研究

A Research on Effect of Glucocorticoid on Patients with Epidemic Kerato-conjunctivitis

目的：研究分析流行性角结膜炎患者应用糖皮质激素治疗的效果.方法：采取随机表数字法将某院在2013年2月-2014年12月收治的64例流行性角结膜炎患者分为两组,即病例数均为32例的对照组和研究组,其中对照组患者采取常规抗病毒治疗,在此基础上研究组患者加用糖皮质激素进行治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗效果和角膜上皮下灰白色圆点状病变发生情况.结果：经治疗,研究组显效16例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率为93.75%,病变发生率为9.375%;对照组显效13例,有效11例,无效8例,总有效率为75.0%,病变发生率25.0%.组间数据经分析,差异显著有统计学意义（P 〈0.01）.结论：对于流行性角结膜炎患者实施常规抗病毒治疗的同时,加用糖皮质激素,可提高治疗效果,病变发生率低,在临床中具有应用推广价值.

Objective:To research and analyze the effect of glucocorticoid on patients with epidemic kerato-conjunctivitis.Methods:Divide 64 patients with epidemic kerato-conjunctivitis received in some hospital during the period from February 2013 to December 2014 into 2groups according to random number table,32 cases for each group.The control group received routine antiviral treatment while the research group were added with glucocorticoid based on the treatment in control group.Compare and analyze curative effect and the occurrence of corneal subepithelial grey spot-shaped lesions.Results:After treatment,in research group,it is found significantly effective on 16 cases,effective on 14 cases and in vain on 2cases,the overall effective rate was 93.75%,the occurrence of lesions was 9.375%;in control group,it was found significantly effective on 13 cases,effective on 11 cases and in vain on 8cases,the overall effective rate was 75.0%and occurrence rate of lesions was 25.0%,according to the analysis of the data of the 2groups,the differences between the2 groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:It would improve the curative effect if involving in glucocorticoid when treating epidemic kerato-conjunctivitis with routine antiviral treatment and it would help to lower the occurrence of lesion,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
