头孢克肟分散片治疗上呼吸道感染的临床疗效观察

An Observation on Clinical Effect of Cefixime Dispersible Tablets on Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的：研究分析头孢克肟分散片用于上呼吸道感染的治疗效果.方法：择取2014年1月~2015年1月期间在某院就诊治疗的60例上呼吸道感染患者,通过计算机随机抽签法对其进行分组,对照组30例患者应用头孢羟氨苄进行治疗;治疗组30例患者应用头孢克肟进行治疗.结果：治疗组30例患者的总有效率约为93.33%（28/30）远远高于对照组的80.0%（24/30）,差异P 〈0.05有统计学意义.治疗组患者在啰音、发热、咽痛、咳嗽等症状消失时间方面均远远低于对照组,差异P 〈0.05有统计学意义.治疗组患者发生药物不良反应的概率6.67%与对照组的10.0%相比,差异P 〉0.05没有统计学意义.结论：头孢分散片用于上呼吸道感染的治疗效果明显,有助于患者的各项症状、体征及早消退,可进一步在临床治疗中推广.

Objective:To research and analyze the curative effect of cefixime dispersible tablets on upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:Select 60 patients with upper respiratory tract infection received in some hospital during the period from January 2014 to January 2015,group them according to computer random lottery,the 30 patients in control group were treated with cefadroxil and the treatment group were treated with cefixime.Results:The overall effective rate of the 30 patients in treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was far higher than that of the control group,in control group,the rate was 80.0%(24/30),the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.the time that rale,fever,pharyngalgia,cough and other symptoms began to disappear in treatment group was earlier than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05,patients adverse reaction to drugs in treatment group was 6.67%,to compare with that of the control group(10.0%),the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion:It is effective to treat upper respiratory tract infection with cefixime dispersible tablets,it would promote the earlier disappearance of various symptoms and physical signs,it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
