护理风险授权管理模式在血液净化科的应用

Application of Authorized Nursing Risk Management Mode in Blood Purification Department

目的:探索分析在血液净化科应用护理风险授权管理模式的具体作用和效果。方法:选取某院血液净化科收治的患者作为研究对象并进行分组护理管理。对照组均予以常规护理管理,研究组均实施护理风险授权管理。将两组研究对象在护理过程中发生的纠纷比例以及差错比例情况予以对比。结果:研究组护理纠纷发生率为2.50%,明显低于对照组的10.00%;其护理差错发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。结论:在血液净化科实施护理风险授权管理,能够有效地控制和降低在护理过程中发生差错以及纠纷的比例,降低护理纠纷以及护理差错发生率,有利于促进患者尽快康复,具有推广应用价值。

Objective:To explore and analyze the role and effect of authorized nursing risk management mode in blood purification center.Methods:Patients received in blood purification center in some hospital were selected as the research object and develop management on nursing in groups.The control group were received with routine nursing management,the research group received authorized nursing risk management.Compare the 2groups in the proportion of nursing disputes and nursing errors.Results:The incidence of nursing disputes in the research group was 2.50%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(10.0%).The incidence of nursing errors in the research group was 5%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(15%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of authorized nursing risk management mode in blood purification department,can significantly reduce the nursing disputes and nursing errors,is conducive to promoting the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible,it is worthy of popularization and application.
